Linda King believes that individuals and families struggling with ADHD challenges have the potential to become happier, less stressed, and healthier. As an ADHD coach, Linda works with clients to understand their biggest challenges as well as their strengths and passions. Each ADHD brain has unique wiring. Linda first helps clients understand this wiring, then teaches them to work with ADHD—not against it. She also works with family members to help them better understand their loved one’s challenges. Linda welcomes individuals, families, students, and couples to her ADHD coaching practice. Her approach uniquely addresses each client’s situation and ADHD brain. Linda is a member of the International Coaching Federation, a graduate of the ADD Coach Academy, and a professional member of . As a member of the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC), Linda is training to certify new coaches. She has over 350 hours of ADHD training with advanced certifications in both ADHD coaching and life coa.
