I have been working over 15 years with children, teens, and adolescence as a
behavioural health professional specializing in autism, ADHD, and Learning disabilities. We work together to meet personal growth goals which may include life skills, social skills, school readiness, study skills, life and school transitions, habit stacking, organization, time management and emotional regulation. I provide a safe space to work on healthy habits and acquire the tools to succeed in learning and in life while managing anxiety, depression, and stress. I have been helping students navigate the system, advocate for their needs, help reach their goal, prepare for transitions, and coach them through this socially challenging and emotional time.
Providing clients with a self-determined approach to goal setting supports their
autonomy, helps to develop, and manage executive functioning skills and promotes self-
efficacy and confidence toward future success.
