I provide executive function coaching that helps students build the skills they need to manage school, life, and their responsibilities with greater confidence and independence. My work begins with clarity and continues with ongoing support so real, lasting change can happen. Every client starts with a comprehensive Executive Function Assessment. This 90-minute session looks at how skills like planning, organization, time management, task initiation, emotional regulation, and follow-through show up in everyday life. Families receive a written summary, key insights, and a personalized roadmap that outlines strengths, challenges, and clear next steps. A 30- minute follow-up meeting ensures everyone understands the results and feels confident about the plan moving forward. From there, clients move into weekly 45-minute coaching sessions. These sessions are highly individualized and focus on building practical systems, routines, and strategies that actually work for the student. Coaching supports skills such as staying organized, managing time, starting tasks, regulating emotions, and tracking progress. Tools, resources, and goal-setting are used to help students turn insight into action, with optional check-ins and parent support when appropriate. To support meaningful growth, coaching is offered with a minimum 12-session commitment. This allows time to build trust, apply strategies, and see real progress. Billing occurs every two weeks, and a 30-day notice is requested for any changes, during which we review progress and establish clear next steps. The goal of my services is not just short-term improvement, but lasting skills, confidence, and independence that carry forward into school, college, and life.
