Hi! Im Jacquie. I’m based in NJ but I can coach anyone nationally or Internationally virtually via zoom. I’m a certified and accredited ADHD Coach for adults and families. I hold Advanced and Family Coaching certifications and completed my training through ADDCA. I work with families who have children over the age of 8, helping them navigate ADHD at home, in school, and in daily life. I also work with high school and college students, adults who believe they may have ADHD, executives in the workplace, and adults at all stages of life. For all clients, working with an ADHD life coach can help you navigate difficult life events or transitions; identify and work toward personal and professional goals; discover how to use your unique strengths and talents to overcome challenges; and clear the “mental clutter” that often prevents fulfillment. Learning executive function skills, tools, and strategies can support a happier, more balanced life. I work with all clients virtually throughout the United States and internationally. I’m based in New Jersey and am a late-diagnosed ADHD adult myself, having discovered my ADHD at age 48. This diagnosis led me to deeply immerse myself in ADHD education, returning to school to learn everything I could, becoming a certified coach through an ADHD lens, and dedicating my work to helping others using what I’ve learned.
