Jaime Fishman

Jaime V. Fishman, ACC, owns and founded Carnelian Coaching, LLC, to provide exceptional coaching services where clients with executive functioning challenges are empowered to find the motivation and confidence to transform their lives. After teaching neurodiverse students for over 25 years and completing an M.S. degree in Special Education, Jaime trained with JST Coaching & Training to become a certified life coach. Jaime is experienced in establishing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that inspires clients to gain self-awareness and make lasting changes. Her professional passions include early intervention, neurodiversity, and educational equity. Jaime was diagnosed with ADHD in her mid-forties. Living with ADHD has made her more empathetic to clients’ daily challenges. She uses her personal and professional experience to connect with clients and offer them a balanced approach to coaching. Jaime supports neurodivergent teens, college students, and adults in building confidence, motivation, and practical executive-function strategies that make school and daily life feel more manageable.
