ADHD and Wellness Coaching for teens, adults, couples and parents of children. I offer compassionate strengths-based coaching to help clients overcome obstacles and reach personal and professional goals. In addition to ADHD coaching, as a wellness coach I support clients develop successful strategies for enjoyable exercise, healthy diet, sleep management, mindfulness and successful relationships. Balance in these areas will help with overall management of ADHD symptoms. The first session is complimentary! I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a PCAC(Professional Certified ADHD Coach ) through the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches. In addition, I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
