Hi, I’m Steve. I’m an ADHD coach, a licensed occupational therapist, and a big nerd with ADHD. If you’re an adult with ADHD, you might feel buried by the expectations of simply existing, let alone thriving. I help adults with ADHD like you learn the tools they need to take control of their lives without feeling like they are destined to disappoint themselves and others. I offer online coaching to adults with ADHD over zoom. Many of my clients have already found success in school, work, or creative pursuits, but cannot manage the demands of being an ADHD adult in a world that expects you to be able to “just keep up.” My focus is teaching you the skills, structures, and techniques that help people with ADHD tackle the barriers preventing them from going through life with ease.
