From the first conversation with Becky Hills, the direction shifts — not toward what is broken, but toward what a fuller life could actually look like. Becky is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Professional Coach based in Cobalt, Ontario, offering all sessions remotely across Canada. Her work draws people who are carrying real weight: addiction, trauma, abuse, burnout, anxiety, grief, relationship fracture, and the particular exhaustion that comes from a phone that never stops demanding attention.
Her primary framework is Meaning-Centred Therapy, an integrative approach that treats the search for purpose as central to healing rather than incidental to it. Where other methods helped clients cope, Becky found this one helped them transform — moving people from managing their pain toward building a life they actually want. She weaves in CBT, DBT, Narrative, Existential, and Somatic approaches as each client’s situation calls for, blending therapeutic and coaching lenses to support mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Becky holds a Master of Theological Studies from Tyndale Seminary and credentials through both the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. She works with teenagers, adults, couples, and families, and offers a sliding scale as well as sessions covered under most employee benefit plans.
