A background spanning crisis intervention, clinical supervision, and humanistic and transpersonal psychology gives Liz Zed a depth of perspective that is rarely assembled in a single practitioner. That foundation, combined with advanced training in business coaching and mentor coaching, shapes how she works — drawing on both rigorous psychological frameworks and what she describes as ancient wisdom traditions to help clients see themselves more clearly.
