Holistic, culturally attuned care is at the heart of how Ojasvi Bhardwaj works. A Registered Psychotherapist based in Hamilton, Ontario, she draws on both Western psychological frameworks and Eastern contemplative practices, bringing a lens that is systemic, humanistic, and genuinely responsive to the diversity of human experience. Her training spans ACT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness, and she weaves these together through trauma-informed, heart-centered care tailored to each individual.
Ojasvi works with adults, couples, families, and young people aged 16 and up who are navigating anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, identity, immigration, trauma, burnout, addiction, and more. She approaches each person’s story with curiosity and compassion, gently working alongside clients to recognize entrenched patterns and move toward lives more aligned with their values.
Sessions are available online throughout Ontario, and Ojasvi offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation so that prospective clients can assess the fit before committing. She communicates fluently in English and Hindi, with an understanding of Punjabi and Gujarati — a reflection of the inclusive, cross-cultural practice she has built at Psychotherapy Collective, her online clinic.
