Jo Henry

I work with women facing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other conditions that are emotionally draining, and I also see individuals and couples. I am Jo Henry, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Escondido, California.

My specialties are trauma and PTSD, grief and women’s issues. I support women in trauma as they shift their thoughts, beliefs and behaviors, and I offer sessions in person and through online therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Clients may have lived through a traumatic breakup, a string of painful losses, abandonment, neglect, child abuse or sexual abuse, or may have witnessed parental violence, grown up with a relative’s addiction, or been in a relationship with someone who has an addiction.
