My practice is built on the belief that each person already carries strengths worth building from. My role is to help you identify those strengths, understand the patterns and pressures working against them, and develop approaches that are genuinely workable for your specific life.
My approach is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and grounded in real respect for every person’s context and history. I draw on Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Adlerian principles, Solution-Focused approaches, mindfulness practices, and Internal Family Systems — adapting the combination to what makes sense for you.
I bring over three years of direct mental health experience, alongside a background in case management and community outreach. I’m particularly experienced working with trauma, addiction, and complex mental health challenges, and with people from vulnerable or underserved communities.
I hold a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registration with CRPO.
