My work with individuals focuses on shifting the relationship you have with your own thoughts, feelings, and patterns — not to eliminate difficulty, but to move through it with greater clarity and in a direction that actually fits your values. With couples, sessions focus on the quality of connection: helping partners explore what’s been happening between them, find new ways of engaging, and rebuild the trust and security that makes a relationship feel like a real foundation.
In both cases, I bring genuine care, curiosity, and commitment to the work. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer virtual and in-person sessions. I’m dedicated to culturally competent care, and I bring that commitment to every client, not just when it seems obviously relevant.
