With over a decade of experience as Professional Certified ADHD Coach, consultant, and educator, Alicia specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals through strengths-based, research-informed strategies. She draws on her expertise in brain development, executive functioning, effective learning modalities, and wellness to empower parents, youth, young adults, and educators to better understand and support ADHD brains. Having navigated her own ADHD journey as a child, adult, and parent, Alicia brings both professional insight and lived experience to her work—blending neuroscience, education, and practical tools to foster self- acceptance, resilience, and growth.
