Angela Eaglin

About Me

I support survivors of sexual trauma, activists, Indigenous communities, professionals experiencing burnout or compassion fatigue, and people recovering from narcissistic abuse or intimate partner violence. Concerns include intergenerational trauma, racial or cultural identity challenges, racial trauma, anxiety, depression, motherhood stress, narcissistic abuse recovery, sexual trauma, chronic stress, and burnout and compassion fatigue.

Based in Dallas, Texas, I’m Angela Eaglin, and I counsel as a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Brainspotting. My work is integrative and culturally responsive, respecting clients’ culture, identity and lived experience. It draws on person-centered (Rogerian) therapy, racial trauma treatment, Brainspotting and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, which I use to spot self-defeating thoughts and irrational beliefs and move toward healthier, present-focused patterns.

I meet with clients across Texas through online therapy.
