Bettina Kealy

Healing the person, and the relationships that shape them.

About Me

What clients leave with, after working with Bettina Kealy, is a clearer sense of themselves and a path forward — whether they arrived carrying the weight of trauma, the strain of a fractured relationship, or a crisis that upended daily life. A Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Bettina directs a psychotherapy clinic in Sudbury, Ontario that has built its practice around some of the most demanding clinical territory there is: PTSD, grief, and the layered aftermath of trauma.

Her work spans a wide range of people and circumstances — adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families, including those navigating abuse, mood and anxiety disorders, and the particular pressures that accumulate in family systems over time. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University and a Master’s degree from Yorkville University, and has spent 22 years developing her practice in Northern Ontario. Sessions are available both in person and online.

Bettina’s approach to couples and family work is grounded in the same trauma-informed foundation that shapes her individual practice — an acknowledgment that healing rarely happens in isolation, and that the people around us are often both the context and the resource.
