Hello and welcome! I’m a Professional Certified Coach and Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. I’ve spent the last 20+ years focused on bringing the best out of people in their careers, in school, and in their personal lives. I specialize in Executive Function/ADHD Coaching for teens, college students, and adults. Depending on client need, I often combine ADHD coaching with career coaching and leadership coaching for both new and established professionals. In addition to being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, I also hold professional certifications as a Certified Co-active Professional Coach (CPCC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). I’ve assisted my clients to succeed across a variety of organizations and industries, where I’ve delivered complex, award-winning programs in coaching and mentoring. I’m a passionate advocate for.
