My relationship counseling is prevention-first and trauma-informed, combining attachment-based, individual and systemic methods. I’m Chloe Miller, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in Boulder, Colorado, and I work with couples and individuals.
Couples come to me for work on communication, emotional and physical intimacy, conflict resolution and emotional regulation. I also offer marriage counseling, premarital counseling, sex therapy and divorce counseling. Individuals can work on self-trust and self-compassion, and on clarity in relationships.
I draw on complex trauma frameworks including Internal Family Systems, emotionally focused therapy, the NeuroAffective Relational Model and Somatic Experiencing, along with mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling, embodied practices, creative exercises and interventions backed by evidence. In the first session, we look at what led a client to seek therapy and agree on goals, which guide the choice of interventions.
