I understand from personal experience what it feels like to be inside one of those storms, and my goal is to help you find steadier ground — not to avoid the weather, but to learn how to anchor yourself within it.
I’m completing my MA in Counselling Psychology and working as a pre-licensed professional under clinical supervision. My earlier life was shaped by backgrounds in music and business, but a deepening pull toward self-understanding and genuine connection with others brought me to this work. I carry that history into how I practise: with curiosity, warmth, and a genuine interest in the patterns that have shaped your story and the possibilities that lie ahead.
My approach is thoughtful, relational, and flexible, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your specific needs rather than applying a single method to everyone. I offer a sliding scale for online sessions to make therapy more accessible.
