Christine Ashe

About Me

I work with adults and couples on trauma, anxiety and entrenched relationship patterns, as well as relationship wounds. My name is Christine Ashe, and I practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles, California. High achievers who tried conventional talk therapy and still have emotional stress or somatic triggers that remain unresolved are among the people I see.

I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and combine it with Attachment-EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and psychodynamic therapy. The aim is to help clients process memories held in the body and build resilience. Regulating the nervous system is part of what we work on together.

Sessions are warm, collaborative and informed by neuroscience, and they can be held in person or through online therapy.
