Dana Long

About Me

I see clients for anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and major life changes. I am Dana Long, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Westmont, New Jersey, and my education and training were aimed at individuals, couples and families.

I can combine strengths-based work with strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy or the Gottman Method. I encourage clients to look for what supports growth, both in themselves and in the wider system around them. I also help clients speak up constructively and spot barriers to growth, discrimination among them.

I aim to form a real bond with each client and help them feel safe.
