Something keeps repeating — the same argument, the same shutdown, the same creeping dread — and Dominika Czerwinska works with people who have started to notice that. Her clients often arrive carrying anxiety, burnout, or a persistent sense of self-doubt they can’t quite shake, and many of them have spent years tending to everyone else’s needs while quietly losing track of their own. Some are queer or questioning adults trying to find language for who they are and where they belong.
Dominika practices trauma-informed relational therapy, which means the work moves slowly and with curiosity. Rather than targeting surface behaviour, she’s interested in the attachment needs underneath — the feelings that never quite found a safe moment to be felt. That includes the particular exhaustion of people who can’t seem to put the day down, who check one last message at midnight and wake up already behind. When those underlying emotions meet genuine compassion — from within and between people — real shifts tend to follow.
Dominika holds a Registered Psychotherapist – Qualifying (RP-Q) credential and offers individual therapy online, working with adults in Ontario.
