Jane Davidson

About Me

Evidence-based therapy is what I provide for families, couples and individuals, and I also work with adolescents and LGBTQIA clients. I am Jane Davidson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Denver, Colorado.

My focus includes relationship issues, parenting concerns, LGBTQIA issues, family stressors, trauma, adolescent concerns, anxiety, couples counseling, family conflict, and marital and premarital issues.

My primary approach blends family systems and experiential modalities, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP). I also draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-based work and trauma-focused work. Sessions are strength-based, relational and flexible, and I adapt them to each client’s needs.
