At the heart of Janet Warren’s practice is a commitment to meeting people where they are — body, mind, and spirit together. Dr. Warren is a Family Physician whose work has long extended into mental health and counselling, bringing a holistic lens to the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of her patients’ lives. Whether a client is lying awake replaying the day’s notifications or carrying wounds that go much deeper, she approaches each person’s story with the same steadiness and care.
She works with men and women navigating anxiety, mood and depressive disorders, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, and eating disorders, as well as those healing from abuse — including domestic, emotional, and psychological abuse. Where appropriate, Dr. Warren can also support medication management for uncomplicated mental illnesses, coordinating alongside each patient’s own physician.
With two decades of practice and ongoing studies in theology, Dr. Warren brings both clinical depth and a genuine curiosity about what it means to flourish as a whole person. She offers sessions online, and describes the work as a privilege — the privilege of walking with someone through the harder parts of being human.
