I coach individuals with ADHD from a strengths-based perspective. By working closely with clients to understand how their ADHD presents itself, I help them identify strategies to work with their unique challenges and leverage their strengths to achieve their goals. I am trained in several assessments, including CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0/360, and the Energy Leadership Index, which enables me to guide clients toward a deeper understanding of their individual strengths and challenges. I also have a specialty in coaching through transitions and change. Whether it’s one-on-one, families, or group coaching, I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their goals by leveraging their strengths to deliver results. Jennifer supports adults, students, parents, and families with ADHD and executive function challenges, helping clients build systems that align with their values, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen follow-through at home, school, and work.
