Concerns I work with include infidelity, affairs, betrayal trauma, secrecy, broken trust and relationship crisis. People who have just learned of an affair or been caught in one may face uncertainty over staying, leaving or pausing, along with sleep trouble, replaying of events and questions about what was real.
Sessions look at the events, what they mean and the reasons behind them, and the behavior is not excused. My aim is to slow the pace of a crisis until honesty, clarity and repair are within reach. I offer couples intensives for busy couples wanting focused work and weekly therapy. Online therapy is provided to clients located in California.
