Using my professional training (MS, BA, CYLC, CYMC, ICF Certified Life Coach) I help people who would like to transform their lives. I work with youth (18+) and adults, specializing in helping those with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). As a parent of a young man with ADD I know the challenges, but also the benefits, and there are many. My coaching leads to self-motivation, self-acceptance, and understanding — and ultimately a purpose-driven life. I’ve excellent results teaching my clients new learning techniques and strategies for time management and organization. Perhaps my strongest suit is making the connection with my clients — and that is the best predictor of successful outcomes. I do this through kindness, clarity, humor, and presenting “life” concepts in a visual and organized way. Above all, I focus on improving the relationship my clients have with themselves, which leads to the sustained benefits of the strategies we discuss and adopt. There is no charge for a 30-minute consultation.
