Julien Heart

I support LGBTQQIA youth and young adults in both rural and urban areas. My name is Julien Heart, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Berkeley, California.

I work with clients on personal and educational goals and on coping with mental illness, discrimination, trauma and social anxiety rooted in oppression and fear. Watching young people move past earlier mistakes and mental health challenges is what led me to counseling.

I am working toward certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and plan further study in nutritional psychology.
