Katherine Karayianis

Katherine (Katie) Karayianis is the founder of KDHD Coaching & Academic Consulting. She specializes in working with college students and sorority women, where she works collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies that help overcome clients unique challenges. Through an evidence- and strengths-based approach to coaching, my goal is to help my clients feel more confident, capable, and in control of all aspects of their lives. Diagnosed with ADHD and dysgraphia as a child, she draws on both personal experience and academic training to support families navigating the education system. Katie holds a B.S. in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in Social Ecology from UC Irvine. Now based in Los Angeles, she is pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International ADHD Coach Training (iACT) program. Katie provides ADHD coaching, tutoring, and IEP/504 advocacy, blending research-based strategies with a deep commitment to empowering students and families.
