Kevin Elliott

Patterns that once helped can be the first thing to examine.

About Me

Kevin Elliott holds that most people aren’t broken — they’re running on patterns that once worked and quietly stopped. A Registered Psychotherapist based in London, Ontario, Kevin works with individuals to surface those habitual ways of thinking, feeling, and relating so that something more useful can take their place. His practice is grounded in a person-centred, Rogerian foundation, drawing on Acceptance Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic thinking, interpersonal neurobiology, and single-session approaches as each person’s needs call for it.

He works with adults and teenagers aged 16 and up, helping people navigate anxiety, panic, grief, trauma, self-esteem struggles, relationship difficulties, and the aftermath of emotional or psychological abuse. Techniques like mindfulness, Image Transformation Therapy, body-centred experiential work, and motivational interviewing give that work practical shape.

Kevin trained at the University of Calgary and the University of Guelph and holds registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. His background includes crisis outreach work with CMHA and facilitation at Changing Ways, alongside years in private practice and at Daya Counselling Centre. Outside the therapy room, he’s a committed comedy enthusiast — stand-up, improv, and sketch — and can usually be found on a golf course or in a swimming pool when he’s not with his family. Online sessions are available.
