Children, adolescents and adults come to me with a variety of challenges, and I work with them in English or Spanish. I specialize in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma. I am Lourdes Durham, a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, Texas.

My experience spans hospital, residential and partial-care programs as well as private practice. My approach is meeting clients where they are, working with them collaboratively to find what suits each person. I see each client as the authority on their own life. As a guide, I give an objective view, explore where each client wants to be, and challenge clients to look at other viewpoints in a warm and nurturing way.
