From the very first session, Melissa Clews-Hunt invites something most people haven’t tried in a while: slowing down enough to actually hear themselves. As a Registered Psychotherapist with fifteen years of practice, she works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, and the kind of relational friction that builds quietly over time β the teenager who’s unreachable at dinner because he’s somewhere else entirely, the couple whose conversations have narrowed to logistics, the parent who’s lost the thread back to themselves.
Her practice, Healing Spaces Therapy, draws a direct line between inner life and the natural world. Some clients address eco-anxiety head-on; others simply find that a phone session taken outdoors or a walk-and-talk shifts something that the four walls of a therapy office couldn’t. She brings warmth, genuine curiosity, and a willingness to follow wherever the work leads β including into questions of meaning, spirituality, and purpose.
Melissa offers online sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays and serves children, teens, adults, families, and individuals with special needs. Her approach is grounded in the belief that understanding who you are and what you value is the foundation for everything else.
