About Me

Hello β€” I’m glad you found your way here, and I hope you find the right person for what you’re facing.

Two observations guide my work. The first: you can’t think your way into right action β€” you have to act your way into right thinking. The second: there are no shortcuts, but there are real solutions.

I work with people navigating ADHD, addiction (with a focus on cannabis), anxiety, depression, and difficulties in committed relationships. I also work with people who feel directionless β€” who sense that something is missing but can’t yet say what β€” and with those looking to find more meaning in their professional lives.

My goal is straightforward: to help you look honestly at the parts of your life that are keeping you stuck, while building the skills to live in a way that actually feels purposeful. I’m trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion). I also integrate mindfulness as a core part of the work, not as an add-on.

A lot of people arrive already depleted β€” running on too little sleep, too much screen time, too many demands. That’s worth naming as part of what we address, not just the backdrop to it.

If this resonates, I think we could do good work together.
