Peter Dikih

Seeing the whole person, then building from there.

About Me

Walking into a first session with Peter Dikih, clients often find themselves doing something unexpected: exhaling. His style is flexible and unhurried, shaped around the person in front of him rather than a fixed protocol. Whether someone arrives carrying anxiety, a stalled career, a strained marriage, or the weight of something harder to name, Peter works to understand the whole picture — mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational — before deciding together on a direction.

Peter holds a Master of Education in Counselling from the University of Western Ontario, where he completed a double major in personal and career counselling, and has been practicing formally since 1996. His work spans individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of ages and circumstances, and he also provides executive coaching, leadership consulting, and clinical supervision to professionals pursuing their CRPO hours. He draws primarily on client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral approaches, adapting as the work evolves.

Sessions are available in person, by video, or by phone, with early morning, daytime, and evening appointments to fit around work schedules.
