teens and young adults with ADHD / twice-exceptional (2e) youth women seeking support for a recent ADHD diagnosis families with youth/parents with executive dysfunction challenges; I help you develop tools and systems to strengthen EF skills that work with your life, rather than implementing one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe ADHD can be a superpower, and that harnessing your inventiveness and creativity is the foundation to fostering growth and change! I’ve worked in education and youth empowerment services for over a decade, and have professional training and experience working with neurodivergent youth, as well as lived experience with disability and neurodevelopmental disorders. I hold a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia, and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. I’m based in Eugene, OR, USA, and work with people anywhere via Google Meet. I’ve limited availability for in-personal clients in the Eugene.
