When something has been building for a long time β accumulated stress, emotional weight that doesn’t seem to lift, a sense of being stuck without a clear reason β it can be hard to know where to start. I’m a registered psychotherapist offering trauma-informed, collaborative therapy in a confidential and respectful setting.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, mood concerns, stress, trauma, and significant life transitions. My approach is integrative, drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), somatic practices, and mindfulness. Together, we look at how past experience continues to shape present reactions, and work toward change that feels genuinely safe and sustainable β not rushed or prescribed.
Many people arrive in therapy not because something has catastrophically broken, but because something quieter is asking for attention: a need for clarity, relief, or simply to be heard without judgment. I offer a space to slow down, speak freely, and make sense of what you’re experiencing, at whatever pace that requires.
