What clients carry with them after working with Sarah Glinski is a reclaimed sense of authorship over their own lives. Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Markham, Ontario, who works with teenagers, young adults, men, women, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, grief, and the particular exhaustion that comes from a life that never quite feels like enough — including the kind of burnout that builds when work arrives by notification at all hours and there is no clean edge between on and off.
Her path to this work is personal. She lived through her own undiagnosed ADHD, depression, anxiety, and OCD; survived abuse; and found her footing in a religious environment that made self-acceptance feel impossible. That history is not background detail — it shapes the quality of her presence with clients who feel stuck, depleted, or quietly afraid they are failing. She pursued graduate studies in psychotherapy and spiritual care because healing changed her life, and helping others through that same process became her purpose.
Sessions with Sarah draw on psychodynamic, narrative, and solution-focused approaches. Together, she and her clients examine how past experience shapes current patterns, then work to externalize those patterns so something new becomes possible. Free fifteen-minute consultations are available for those who want to explore fit before committing. Online sessions offered throughout Ontario.
