About Me

Brain Tools School founder Sarah Kesty is a coach, author, educator, and advocate for our neurodiverse community. She coaches internationally, through online sessions and school and workplace trainings. Sarah hosts the Executive Function Podcast and writes the Brain Tools School blog for Psychology Today. Her executive function coaching offers young adults with ADHD, autism, or other complex profiles the chance to learn and grow through lessons and coaching. Sarah prides herself in translating research into practice, winning teacher of the year four times! Her recent book, Growing Executive Function, helps teachers support and teach executive function in their classrooms. If your child, teen, or young adult is brilliant yet stumped on how to show it; if your child is frustrated with the invisible expectations of playing the “school game;” or, if you just got the diagnosis and aren’t sure where to start with home and school strategies, Sarah is your coach! Brain Tools School offers the connection, learning, and support to help your teen or young adult thrive! Brain Tools School is a 2024. Sarah supports adults with ADHD in building practical systems for focus, organization, and follow-through so daily life feels more manageable and aligned with what matters.
