Natalie M. Mills

Your pain points somewhere — she helps you find out where.

About Me

Most people contact Natalie M. Mills when they’ve spent months — sometimes years — cycling through the same exhausting patterns and can no longer convince themselves things will simply sort themselves out. The distress usually isn’t mysterious to them; what’s missing is a visible way forward. Natalie works with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, and the chronic relational friction that quietly erodes a person’s sense of self and possibility.

Much of what brings people to her door is the gap between how connected their lives look — texts answered, feeds scrolled, calls made — and how genuinely unseen they feel by the people closest to them. That loneliness has a way of showing up as irritability, withdrawal, or a creeping conviction that something is fundamentally wrong with them rather than with the patterns they’ve inherited or survived.

Natalie’s approach is grounded in the belief that the pain keeping someone stuck is also information — a signal about what hasn’t been working and a starting point for building something better. She offers online sessions to clients in California, meeting people where they are and helping them develop the tools and understanding they need to heal and connect in ways that actually hold.
