Combining ADHD coaching with the science of positive psychology, Mira supports adults with ADHD in moving from feeling stuck to unlocking their full potential. She partners with clients to design strategies that fit their unique brain wiring, play to their strengths, and overcome challenges. Together, they set values-driven goals, build self-acceptance and self-compassion, and cultivate hope, optimism, resilience, engagement, and positive relationships. Clients gain tools to increase self-efficacy, align daily actions with their highest aspirations, and integrate all aspects of their wellbeing—spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional—into everyday life. Through small, consistent steps, they bridge the gap between where they are now and the future they envision. Mira lives just outside New York City with her husband, two neurodiverse daughters adopted from Russia, and her forever-shedding Akbash/Great Pyrenees.
