Hi! I’m Amy, a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years experience in Eating Disorders treatment and recovery. From my work with children, adolescents, young adults and young-at-heart adults of all genders, I’ve witnessed the powerful draw of the online wellness and dieting community. Unfortunately, balanced and sensible nutrition advice, with your mental health in mind, is drowned by the thousands of influencers promoting quick fixes, superfoods and diet culture. Eating is one of the most important ways we take care of ourselves, and many people have.
Seeing that nutrition and wellness messages have not had the effect of creating healthier and happier people, I obtained certification as an Intuitive Eating Counsellor. Intuitive eating is an evidence-based, research-backed philosophy that returns your ability to make food choices that support both your physical and mental health, and helps you end the fight with food and your body.

With a goal of personalizing your eating style, detangling diet culture and removing food rules and restrictions, we will start where you are at, as we discover how dieting has impacted your life.
