Hello there, I’m Evelyn! I’m a coach and peer support specialist, which simply means I’m learning and growing alongside you—our work will be collaborative and grounded in lived experience, not top-down advice. I live with chronic illness and ADHD, so I understand the exhaustion, the medical plot twists, and the anxiety that come with advocating for yourself. In my work, I specialize in men and couples navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and chronic pain—welcoming women too—and I help folks trying to make sense of what their bodies are doing and how they feel about it. Together, we seek creative, practical solutions for common ADHD challenges, whether that’s reimagining how you organize your life, approaching appointments with less dread, or finding ways to care for your relationship when everyone’s running on empty. My style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and a little bit nerdy. Being twice-exceptional equipped me with rapid pattern recognition and inventive thinking tools, which I use to help you build solutions tailored just for you. You can expect gentle honesty, plenty of curiosity, and questions that help you notice your own patterns and strengths. I’m not here to fix you; I’m here to help you work with your wiring, your values, and your reality so that life feels more aligned and a little less like you’re constantly bracing for impact. And yes, we’re allowed to laugh in the middle of all of this— that’s part of how we get through it. Brave Spaces Coaching Change and growth don’t come from forcing yourself into someone else’s mold—they start with being seen, feeling supported, and gaining clarity on your own values and wiring. At Brave Spaces, we offer a different kind of support—one that doesn’t ask you to mask, push harder, or power through burnout. Our coaching is non-clinical, human, and grounded in both lived experience and evidence-based training. We meet people where they are, sit with them when they’re stuck, and help create the kind of safety that makes real growth possible. From that foundation, we help folks clarify their values, set meaningful goals, and build sustainable systems rooted in what actually matters to them. Our approach is shaped by the present moment, your unique patterns and priorities, and the collective insight we’ve gained from walking alongside hundreds of individuals and families. Whether in a one-on-one session or a small group, we create spaces where people can be unmasked, unfiltered, and truly seen—and start building lives that work with their brains, not against them. Ready for change? We’re here to support you! Evelyn is a coach and peer support specialist who helps people with ADHD and executive function challenges build steadier routines, communicate needs with confidence, and move from overwhelm to practical, compassionate progress.
