I’m passionate about coaching because of my personal experiences. I was diagnosed with ADHD after my son was diagnosed and I struggled to meet the challenges of a promotion. I’ve made most career mistakes as I dealt with managing overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, avoiding a challenge, hyper-focusing on micro goals, missing the big picture, staying too long in a comfortable role, and more. I’ve needed a coach and it’s why I’m a coach now. I’ve been where you are and am passionate about helping others do what they thought they couldn’t. With 30+ years in learning experience design and performance consulting, I’ve helped thousands of learners move their performance needle. I made mistakes while getting results. I see life experiences as the most important classroom and mental fitness as the cornerstone of our success. I have seen profound results from 1:1 coaching. I know that people grow the most when they really want to, and they have support. I’m on your team!
