Self Care and ADHD Coaching for People in Caregiving Roles I offer accessible self- care and stress reduction strategies, inclusive resources for behavior change and support my clients to acknowledge their intersections, shift their perspective, and increase their resilience to toxic and/or secondary stress. I support people who cannot walk away from their responsibilities and need to find a way to be with intractable and difficult situations. I’m a cheerleader for peoples’ right to live a life filled with joyful wellbeing and to build their capacity to thrive, despite the chaos and challenges in their life. I’ve practiced Vipassana meditation for over ten years, and regularly attend silent retreats. I’m currently studying with Tuere Sala and trained to teach MBSR in the UMass program started by John Kabat- Zinn. I’m an active volunteer at ADDA (the Attention Deficit Disorder Association) and Cohost their Tuesday Accountability Group. Contact me for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
