I’m a Gestalt psychotherapist who values the importance of process and integration. In practice, that means slowing down together to explore how an upsetting event has shaped you, and deciding what to carry forward as you move on.
I work with both individuals and couples, and a central focus of my practice is the painful gap between your ideal and your current reality—an imbalance that often drives distress. I specialize in helping clients navigate childhood trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD, borderline traits, and the everyday challenges of emotional regulation.
My approach is warm, direct, and experiential: we learn to create more mental space to tolerate difficult feelings and transform them into insight and action. The more deeply you understand yourself, the more courage you’ll have to build resilience rooted in self-compassion.
