I’m an certified advanced ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy. I offer ADHD & AuDHD Coaching for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area (+USA); specializing in women in tech, entrepreneurs, new moms, and creatives. I’m AuDHD—diagnosed ADHD at 8 and late-diagnosed Autistic. Finding genuine interest in my first love, the theater, helped me engage my strengths and grow beyond the limitations of my “condition.” I earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and worked professionally as a performer before founding and running a digital marketing and web design agency for over a decade. My approach is affirming, collaborative, & highly customized—centered around each client’s personal success formula. I help clients learn how their brain works, uncover their strengths, clarify what matters most, and take aligned, sustainable action. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so you can begin to unmask and start living a more authentic life.
