Jaycee Myrtle

Therapy as coming home to who you already are

About Me

Most people reach out when something they can no longer name has started to feel too heavy to carry alone. That’s exactly where Jaycee Myrtle begins β€” not with a plan to fix anything, but with a genuine curiosity about who you are underneath whatever brought you to the door. She’s a Licensed Social Worker practicing in Loveland, Colorado, and she also offers sessions online for those who need that flexibility.

Jaycee works with teenagers, young adults, men, women, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, burnout, identity, and the particular weight of major life transitions. Her approach is person-centered at its core, drawing on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, expressive arts, and relational methods to build a space where honesty doesn’t have to be cleaned up before it’s spoken. She trained at the University of Wyoming, earning both her BSW and MSW there, and her clinical background is rooted in adolescent work across residential, group, and individual settings.

Jaycee brings warmth, humor, and a belief that being human β€” complicated and unfinished β€” is not something to be managed away. She holds her work with the same creative, grounded spirit she carries outside the therapy room, and her hope is simply that each person leaves with a clearer sense of their own voice.
