About Me

I’ve over 20 years of experience serving students, families, and individuals from all walks of life. As a certified professional ADHD coach, a master educator, and a mother of a neurodiverse child, I offer a unique experience and perspective that enables my clients to effectively explore multiple facets of personal growth. I firmly believe that every client has the ability to enact positive change in their lives and I’ll wholeheartedly support you in that journey. Beyond coaching, I’m passionate about celebrating neurodiversity and investing in the ADHD community. I co-lead the Seattle chapter and am a member of the DEI committee for ACO International. I’m an advocate, an ally, an educator, a consultant, and someone who has lived my whole life impacted by ADHD. I love that I get to leverage my passion and experience to benefit my clients! Jessica offers evidence-informed executive function coaching, workshops, and practical tools to help adults, students, and parents move from overwhelmed to empowered with strategies that work for their brain.
