I’m the Founder of Powershift Coaching whose mission is to help teens find their true north and follow it through their words and actions, to create a more loving, accepting, responsible and committed adult who has the power to ensure their future success and heal our world. I’m the Coaching Manager and Lead Coach for Order Out of Chaos. An Executive Functioning Company with a mission to provide hands-on education, virtual programs and coaching to parents and their students through customized products and classes, so all children – mainstream and neurodivergent – can develop the necessary skills needed to experience success in learning and in life. I’m also the Co-Founder of The Design and Align Legacy Group whose mission is to create impactful change for today’s youth through experiential learning by encouraging them to take ownership of their thoughts and experiences so they can make a positive contribution to their communities. Helping teens has become my life’s work and legacy. Keith focuses on teen coaching and skills training, helping young people clarify goals, build confidence, strengthen self-leadership, and develop habits and routines that support school and life.
