Kristin Jones believes that suffering doesn’t have to be permanent β that with the right tools and a collaborative relationship, people can move from painful emotional patterns toward lives that feel both balanced and genuinely their own. Her work draws on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and life coaching, woven together in a way that is always individualized. As a Doctor of Health Science and a trained Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, she brings a breadth of clinical and somatic knowledge to each client she works with.
Kristin works with teenagers, young adults, men, and women navigating eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and impulse control challenges, as well as those seeking coaching toward clearer goals and a more meaningful life.
